Shipping policy

All the buyers should double-check their full shipping address (include Apartment or Unit No.) carefully before checkout. It cannot be changed if the order completed. The buyer should bear the postage fees caused by a wrong or incomplete delivery address. (Both include Delivery Fee and Return to Sender Fee based on our contract price)
All orders (unless otherwise stated) will be dispatched within 1-3 working day once full payment has been cleared.
Same day dispatch applies when the transaction payment cleared on/before 8:00 AM during the working days.
Once parcels picked up by the couriers, the delivery time is out of our control.  Creality AU reserves the right to the couriers' selection on each transaction.
After hours/weekend/public holiday (VIC) delivery are unavailable.
We can ship your order to Australia and New Zealand wide. No other International delivery is available at this stage. Some of the couriers such as Australia Post do not accept any parcel contains any individual battery for all Express and International delivery services.
