Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • 3D Filaments Flat Rate: A flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 applies specifically to orders containing items from our 3D Filaments category when your total order value is under $99.00.

  • Free Shipping (Orders $99+): We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders when your cart total reaches $99.00 or more. This free shipping offer automatically applies whether your order consists entirely of 3D filaments, or a combination of 3D filaments and other product categories.

  • Other Products: For orders under $99.00 that do not contain 3D filaments, shipping costs will be calculated dynamically at checkout based on the item's weight, dimensions, and your delivery destination.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders (unless otherwise stated) will be dispatched within 1-3 working days once full payment has been cleared.

  • Same-day dispatch applies when the transaction payment is cleared on/before 8:00 AM during working days.

  • After hours/weekend/public holiday (VIC) deliveries are unavailable.

Delivery Timeframes & Couriers

  • Once parcels are picked up by the couriers, the delivery time is out of our control. Creality AU reserves the right to the couriers' selection on each transaction.

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your parcel's journey.

Address Accuracy & Return to Sender

  • All buyers should double-check their full shipping address (including Apartment or Unit No.) carefully before checkout. It cannot be changed if the order is completed.

  • The buyer should bear the postage fees caused by a wrong or incomplete delivery address. (Both include Delivery Fee and Return to Sender Fee based on our contract price)

Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

  • We can ship your order to Australia and New Zealand-wide. No other International delivery is available at this stage.

  • Some of the couriers, such as Australia Post, do not accept any parcel that contains any individual battery for all Express and International delivery services.
