The structural innovation eliminates levelling—your build plate is fixed and ready to print out of the box.
Intelligent Resin Management: The Combo includes the AFU Resin Management System for resin heating, RFID parameter recognition, automatic feeding and resin recycling. Weight monitoring helps track the available resin. These functions require the AFU system and are not included with the printer-only option.
Smart Exposure and Layout Optimization: The HALOT-X1 Combo Creality resin printer features 92 independent light zones for intelligent exposure, activating UV LEDs only where needed to reduce overexposure and extend screen life. Proprietary slicing software recommends optimal model placement to balance screen usage and enhance durability.
Stable Motion & Precision Z-Axis: This 3D resin introduces a top-down movable optical system where the dynamic optical module and resin vat move vertically while the build plate remains stationary, ensuring superior stability and accuracy. Dual linear rails and dual lead screws reinforce the Z-axis, achieving 0.01 mm positioning precision throughout the printing process.
Durable & User-Friendly Design: The twist-to-release build plate allows easy model removal without scraping. A high-temp NACF release film ensures longer lifespan and reduced release force. Other features include a quick-lock resin vat latch with spout, a top-mounted 3.97-inch touchscreen for convenient use, a 20% shorter space-saving design, and intelligent heat circulation for consistent results.
